Fold Accordion Privacy Policy

Summary
Fold Accordion collects no data. The app makes no network connections. It has no analytics, no ads, no account and no in-app purchases. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
Fold Accordion is an iPhone app made by Special Glasses LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Fold Accordion app. Our website, specialglasses.net, is covered by the Special Glasses privacy policy.
What the app does not do
- It makes no network connections.
- It contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising code, and no third-party SDKs.
- It has no account and no sign-in.
- It does not use the microphone or camera, and does not record audio.
- It does not access your location, contacts or photos.
Sensors
- Hinge (iPhone Duo). In Fold mode the app reads the hinge angle to work the bellows.
- Gyroscope. In Swing mode the app reads how fast the phone is turning to work the bellows. Motion stops when the app goes to the background.
These readings are used on your phone, in the moment. They are not stored and not sent anywhere.
Settings stored on your phone
The app saves a few settings in its own storage on your phone, so they are kept the next time you open it:
- How you work the bellows: Fold, Swing or Touch.
- The Lock keys and Auto bellows switches for songs.
- Whether you have closed the Swing tip.
These settings never leave your phone through the app. Deleting the app deletes them.
Purchases
Fold Accordion is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the purchase. We do not receive your payment details.
Crash reports from Apple
If you have turned on "Share With App Developers" in your iPhone's settings, Apple may share crash reports and app usage statistics with us. Apple controls this, not the app. You can turn it off in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
If you email us
If you write to us for support, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
